1) SO ADORABLE! *ahem* In all seriousness, Amy and Rory hit all of my buttons for a favorite pairing. They fight for each other, they make sacrifices for each other, they are clearly devoted to each other, they are not afraid to be affectionate with each other, and they fight together. What's not to like?
2) The episode Amy's Choice was when I first started to warm up to the pairing, because it became clear that this was not going to turn out like Mickey and Rose, and would actually be a pairing that would last (one thing that kills shipping for me is if it's broken up before I get a chance to be properly invested in it). What REALLY got me shipping it was The Pandorica Opens, from Rory saving Amy from the Cyberman and looking after her even as he's confused as to how he returned from nonexistence to Amy's memories of him returning ("Rory Williams...my boyfriend. How could I ever forget you?" *sob*)
3) Hm, I'd go with Only My Hands to Guide Me, by such_heights (http://such-heights.dreamwidth.org/353922.html)
4) Erm, I haven't read a lot of Amy/Rory fanfiction, so I can't say. I think anything that wimpifies either of them is a safe bet
5) I guess this is unpopular for Amy/Doctor shippers, but I was very glad when they didn't just repeat what they did with Rose and have Amy and the Doctor be hopelessly in love. It was very refreshing to have them be friends and have an almost grandfather/granddaughter relationship at times
6) Erm...I don't have any ^^;
7) How about the fact that their travels with the Doctor lead to them dying/being erased from existence every other episode?
8) Well...they do have a kid!

I. Fandom and meta:
1) They're amongst my favorite Disney couples. I'd say they are my favorite, but my heart still belongs to Belle/Beast first and foremost
2) I think I really got into the pairing when they were trapped in the flooding cave, and Eugene has to tell Rapunzel that he can't see well enough to find an exit, and that it looks like they're going to drown. The way he says it, it's just so sad and serious and clearly upset that he got Rapunzel into that mess. It's one of the first times in the movie that he shows concern for her wellbeing (before that, he was generally just trying to get her to hand over the tiara and go home). What really solidified my love for them was the montage of them in the castle town, just having fun and being together. It was so cute!
3) I...haven't read any. ^^;;
4) I don't know any.
5) Um...lemme see... well, I'm actually glad that they went with the version of Rapunzel that they did, as opposed to the sassy, modern-day version they seemed to be angling for originally. The version of Rapunzel in the movie was sweet and I enjoyed watching her go on her journey. The original version annoyed me to no end.
6) Uhh...none.
7) Before the climax of the movie, Rapunzel had to cut ties to Mother Gothel and Eugene had to cut ties to the Stabbington Brothers. After the movie, both would have to deal with running the kingdom

1) I like the pairing a lot, but it was rather annoying how it was stretched out like it was. Still, it was very sweet and I loved seeing the two together

4) Again, I don't know much about Firefly cliches. Anything involving character derailment, though. I don't know if that sort of thing happens to Simon in Kaylee/Jayne fics, but if it does, I hate it XD
5) Like I said above, I did start to find the whole "Simon and Kaylee have a moment, only for it to get interrupted/blown" thing to get kind of annoying. I was glad that, at least, it got resolved in the movie
6) Hm, hard to say. I'd think for Simon, it'd be the platonic/big brother pairing with River. Kaylee, I honestly don't know
7) They're crew members on a ship of outlaws, plus Simon's sister is wanted by the government. Objects in Space shows pretty well how bad that can turn out

1) I haven't seen very many episodes with the two together, but they still are a fun pair
2) In the last episode of the series (possibly second-to-last, can't remember ^^; ), when Sokka, Suki, and Toph are on the airship that's about to crash. Sokka shouts for them to get on the top of the ship to escape the explosions. There's that little moment where Suki asks what they'll do when they get up there and Sokka kisses her and says very seriously that they'll try not to die.
3) Erm...I haven't read any ^^;
4) Might be a "How I Became Yours" cliche, but Suki being put on a bus to ship Sokka with someone else
5) Um, I think Sokka/Suki is a better pairing than Sokka/Yue? ^^; (Which is not to say that I don't like Yue or Sokka/Yue, I just like Sokka/Suki more! XD)

You know it's not Stockholm because she still yells at him after he did a kind thing because he was being a dick about it. In fact, that's what the Beast likes! He calms down once she calls him on his shit. He enjoys it because a part of him is still a young child and children enjoy boundaries.
And you know the Beast isn't abuser because he never once hit/attacked her or told her she was less than human. Yes, he had childish tantrums, and yes he tried to use food as reward and yes that is bad. That's why Belle didn't accept AND why the servants made sure to feed her. Because it was wrong.
Also, how the fuck could she be leading Gaston on? By being mildly polite? She always said no rather clearly.

I. Fandom and meta:
1) I love that they're both emo teens who are able to support and express their love to each other, in spite of the stuff they've gone through. I also like that we see how they have to work through some serious issues to keep their relationship going, but that they pull through in the end.
2) Two separate instances. The first is the adorkable look Zuko gets when he tells the Gaang about Mai ("That gloomy girl who sighs a lot?"). The second is when Mai defies Azula (Miss Eviler-Than-The-Genocidal-Firelord) and tells her that she loves Zuko more than she fears Azula

6) Um, I really don't have one for Mai. For Zuko, I will go with Zuko/Katara, but like with Harry/Hermione, I do like it well-written. ^^;
7) Both are high up on the political ladders, meaning that they have to deal with public images, opponents, assassination plots, etc, not to mention Zuko rebuilding the Fire Nation. There's also the fact that they were on opposite sides during most of the show.

1) Harry's realization that he loved Ginny was rather sudden, but I love them actually together, as a couple
2) On reflection, I think it was actually the break-up scene in HBP. The way they handle it, it just shows how they understand and care for each other, and how they're willing to discuss their problems
3) I haven’t read much good Harry/Ginny fan fiction. I’m sorry! ^^;
4) Turning Ginny into a gold-digging slut. Really, people. -_-
5) Harry and Ginny did have a basis for their relationship. Don’t five summers, six school years, and a lot of bonding over Quidditch and the like count?
6) Hm… I guess for Harry it would be with Hermione (no bashing or Sue-ifying, of course) and for Ginny…I could see she and Dean patching things up, maybe.
7) Before the series end, Harry basically has a big target symbol on him, and he and Ginny need to balance a relationship and each other’s safety. After the end of the series, they both have careers and have a pretty big family, so they have to balance that

I. Fandom and meta:
1) It was cut off before I could REALLY get into it, unfortunately, but I did like the set-up of the rebel captain and the classy businesswoman falling for each other
2) The scene in Our Mrs. Reynolds, when Inara thinks Mal is dead and kisses him. It turns completely hilarious a minute later, but it's still sweet
3) I have not read any Firefly fanfiction. ^^;
4) Don't really know any, sorry!
5) While I do like the ship, it's my least-favorite in terms of the three we get. (My favorite is actually Zoe/Wash, followed by Simon/Kaylee)
6) Hard to say. Inara would be married to her job, I'd think. Mal...I don't really know. I'm tempted to say River, but it would be more of a teacher/student thing, given her mental state.
7) Mal is a rebel fighting the Alliance. Inara is an upper-class, educated woman with a respectable job and a support for the Alliance. So they're kind of working off of opposite ends of the spectrum there
8) No kids
9) It would never be boring, given Inara's...erm, training. She'd the more experienced of the two

1) I think they'd both fight to be big spoon, Inara on the grounds of being of a higher social class and generally being better-educated, and Mal on the grounds that he's the gorram captain

I saw you said you shipped it above and it's, as well as the first one, one of my only two ships for the series (I'm very picky when it comes to pairings XD), the other being England/Japan. Yup, I'm a westerner who ships England/Japan without shipping USUK, FrUk or Giripan as well. I have a pet unicorn too XD

1) I think they're an adorable couple, especially with Word of God saying that Austria was the first person to treat Hungary with respect.
2) The various scanlations I read of them together, showing how relaxed the two are together. One of the big ones was the one Holiday event, where Prussia (I think it was him?) forced Austria to strip in exchange for selling him a hat. Austria - an uptight aristocrat - did it just because he knew Hungary wanted the hat. Then, Hungary beat up Prussia for playing such a trick.
3) Hmmm...I've read quite a few cute Hungary/Austria fics. The one that comes to mind right away is the Hearth Series (Tv Trope it! It has a page! :D), which is basically a human AU where the characters all live in a little town called Hearth. Hungary is the innkeeper, and Austria ends up in the town just because he got on the wrong train. XD Romance ensues, in their storylines.
4) Uh, I'd go with the general "Austria beats Hungary/abuses her/horribly restricts her lifestyle/forces her to wear dresses/etc. and so forth". Yes, she was his maid at one point, but even then he was respectful and kind to her. And there's no evidence he ever forced her to do anything
5) Umm...I dunno. ^^; *flaps hands* I don't see much in Austria/Switzerland? Maybe? ^^;;
6) If it counts as alternate, I go with Hungary/Austria/Prussia threesome. :P
7) The fact that they personify their countries, and thus are bound to the will of their people. They can't freely have a relationship, like regular people can. (I follow the headcanon that they divorced because their bosses made them.)
8) Definitely kids, if they can have them. I know the series is ambiguous as to whether or not Nations can give birth or not. If they did though, it'd probably personify...something. XD I dunnow what exactly, though
9) Hungary tops, and makes a lot of suggestions. XD I have a feeling she still remembers a few wild things from her nomad days.

II. Little details:
1) Hungary's the big spoon, Austria's the little spoon. XD
2) I'd say it's a tie between taking walks and just sitting and talking over tea. That, and Austria playing the piano for Hungary
3) Probably Austria. I get the feeling he takes longer showers than Hungary. Plus, Hungary has a giant flipping hot spring in her house to bathe in, doesn't she? Not going to use that up any time soon!

6) Difficult to say. Hungary *did* use to be the maid, but I'm retty sure in present times, it'd be Austria
