I love all three, really, but especially Nine and Ten. Mostly Nine because of how complex he is (the show did a great job of making him seem like a man who had lost everything) -- angry, haunted by what he did in the Time War, but deeply regretful and ultimately, loving (if that makes any sense). That and Christopher Eccleston is fucking amazing. Or, as Nine would say, "fantastic". :)
And Ten -- well, I quite like him. He's very funny, for one thing, friendly, compassionate...One scene that stands out to me is in "Last of the Timelords", after Martha and co. manage to revive him -- and the Master's terrified, expecting the Doctor to punish him for what he did, but instead, the Doctor says he forgives him and comforts him: http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=KdeF8eg8bIU. Especially considering what the Master did during the episode -- and the previous one. I'm thinking Ten did it because, in a way, he still saw the boy he used to be friends with on Gallifrey. And a glimpse of what the Master could have been, in "Utopia". Not to mention the Master...I think in a way, he cared about the Doctor as well. For example, the scene in "The End Of Time Part Two" (I believe) where he talks about the time he and the Doctor used to play in the meadows in estates the Master's father used to own. It's definitely one of my favorite dynamics (if not relationships) of DOCTOR WHO, really. #Possibly rambling. Sorry.
Eleven's also pretty cool. I especially like the "Colonel Runaway" speech in "A Good Man Goes To War", and comforting the Krayfayis in "Vincent and the Doctor". Also love his relationship with River, so very much (then again, River Song is amazing, IMHO. :3).
