Can I just point this out? If Nora is such a smart, straight-A student like Fitzpatrick insists via info-dumping, why would one minor assignment like this screw her grade up? I understand that at the beginning of every semester, if you screw up, it fucks your grade up massively. That's because you have no other assignments to counter that bad score, and it's difficult to pull your grade up if you screw up early on. But we're told it's April. They're four months into the semester with only one month left. Again I reiterate, one stupid assignment (and since this assignment is literally just asking your partner questions about themselves, I can't see this assignment being any more than five points at the most) should not drop Nora's grade by any more than a point of a percent if she fails to turn it in.

That is just really, really sloppy writing on Fitzpatrick's behalf. The fact that Nora compromises her own safety over a stupid assignment makes me hate Nora 1000x more. I know that her drive to get her assignment done is mostly because she wants to be near Patch, but that's just extremely stupid and doesn't even make sense. All we've seen is that Patch is an insulting creeper, and he ruffles Nora every time they have a discussion. Realistically speaking, what person would want to take the time out of their day for someone who just pisses them off? Stupid, just stupid.
