I know what you mean. :( It's really depressing. If it were better-written, I wouldn't mind that it's basically Harry Potter fanfiction. I mean, a lot of people say "Well if you're going to change so much, just change the names and make it original fiction", which she did. But it still leans on HP canon enough to be annoying.
