My mouth was literally hanging open. I know the Cast ladies were going for something like Stevie Rae cheering her friend on, but it's her TEACHER! I know my friend would be excited and encourage me if I was trying to date a guy my age, but if I said it was my teacher, she'd have me committed! There were several times when I honestly wondered if I was going insane and it had become perfectly acceptable to want to date one's teacher while one is underage. O_o
Oh lord, that probably is what it meant! XD
And that's one of the reasons the Zoey/Blake thing get me so angry. The entire first book was built up around ZOey going on about how EVIL things like blowjobs are and how Aphroidite's such a brazen slut for giving them and how kissing her boyfriend in an empty hallway is like Aphrodite giving him the blowjob, and then she suddenly forgets that here and starts taking off her top for some guy. I mean, this isn't even her justifying it somehow, she FORGOT all of her previous arguments entirely! >(
