It is considered one of the weirdest shows from Japan. Right up there with Dead Leaves. Though I wouldn't recommend it for under 18's and I don't think the creators or adults from Japan would, either, so maybe I'm comparing wrong. The ones with less panty humor I like, too. Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt just have loads of it, which makes me laugh.
