Tonks could only make herself look that way; it didn't change any of her internal parts, so she couldn't say heal herself at will or make herself male in anything but outward appearance. Yes! A Suethor who doesn't Sue up Tonks' powers! I don't know how many stories I've read where metamorphmagi could heal themselves...
