Really? How weird, If anything a literal translation of "de nada" would be of nothing, not it's nothing. "No es nada" would be it's nothing (which we say to each other all the time too XD)

Yeah. I took Italian too, although I don't know it like I know French. They say mon amour, although in this case I prefer mon amie because they're not a couple. Hey, he could also call her amiguita. Where I'm from they say that a lot. Huh, I wonder if it is a romance language thing then. I wonder how they say it in Portuguese. XD
