Nah, you can quote me. I honestly can't think of one time where somebody has said amorcita. It's like the word policía. You don't say "Juan es un policío" because it's policía for both genders. But she should really use "mi amor" instead of amorcito.
If it's the case of "De nada" it really does mean "You're welcome." "No es nada" means it's nothing.
