No, not all since she wants to bring nature vs nurture (which is a good idea on her part IMHO) but she gives her more blame that she deserves. Her only crime was coercing Tom Sr to be with her. That you can blame on her, regardless of her ignorance or growing up. That was a crime since it's rape. Her dying on Voldie is not a crime and Voldie's end should not be blamed on that. She doesn't deserve being called a coward or weak because of that.
Honestly, I was shocked at Dumbledoore. He is usually shown as this super kind guy, yet he shows some appalling behavior at that scene. Harry I got though. Him being young and, in a way, new to magic and its rules he might have not understood why she didn't just waved her hand and fixed everything. Although, considering he's abused himself and can't wave his wand to fix everything, you would think he would also get her a little bit better than he did.
