Yeah I remember that one - it's the nice way of saying they kidnap men and ra- um never mind saying that might make them seem less likable. Although I like to imagine that some of them actually do find boyfriends in Hyrule-

And those ones are because some (in fact many) men like a strong capable women and I won't even get into their exotic look.

The amoral whore (and I stress on amoral, because she makes normal whore look like they are chaste) seems to think that all men want weak whiney girls who sit around bemoaning her life when her man leaves. I'd like to imagine if I got married to a women that she would have some kind of life beyond fawning over me!
I won't even get into what Link is in this fanfic-

I gonna get on a small pedestal alone and say my peace about something.
I feel a little bad for Navi, well she was annoying - most people ignore the fact that this was the FIRST 3d Zelda game. Most of what she told people was not common knowledge at the time. She also didn't scream "Hey, Listen" half as much as people remember she did (although It was still annoying - don't get me wrong).
Also if you look at her through a story eye you could see her as Link's closest companion and a strategist she does the targeting and just imagine her voice yelling Link this spot. Canon back up is that you can ask her about enemies and she gives advice (although sometimes her advice was a little less than useful - it was usually on occasions when the answer was just swing you sword and pray).

All in all well her voice was annoying and there where time where is seemed the creators of the game took a total leave of sanity and said "have Navi talk here" she wasn't that bad.

I know she could have said it that much cause I’ve gone thirty-forty minutes without her saying anything. Once she didn’t say anything for a whole dungeon, (also she rarely said anything when I traveled on the fields) not counting preprogrammed messages. The most annoying she was to me what on Death Mountain or was it Death Peak... anyway that was the only place she was annoying for me.

Although I think earlier versions due to mistaken programming may have had her shout a lot more than intended it why. The problem is people playing a 2nd (and onward) play through will know all this stuff so they say "What useless advice" and can't remember a time when they did need the poor girl - so sad to be forgotten.

She was also needed for the occasional story conversation as Link never talks since he's supposed to have you-the-players personality for the most part and that would be pretty difficult to program ha-ha.
