This chapter is dumb. All of it, every single paragraph you wrote about it. More Sue, more stupid, more convenience, more 'TWU WUV CONQUERS ALL'. Just...duuuuuuuuh.
So, now the Volturi are brainwashing members? First of all; I have no idea how Renata and Chelsea's (*snort*) powers are supposed to be so super and special if they have been almost instantly written off as "Don't worry, your lurve is tooo twoooo!". Secondly; the Catholics Volturi can only keep members if they are mind slaves? Is this the only way people join? *Hissssssssss* Good God, the Volturi suck. This is all contrived suckage to make CONFLICT! and extoll non-existent virtues.
I think this may be a contender for the most tedious chapter to date.
