Parthalona, near as we've been shown thus far, eternally has a pleasant Spring/Summer comfortably warm climate, to justify folks walking around with little to no clothing on. Yes. Like I say, tailor-made Suetopia.
The trouble is, Shannon seems to treat everyone else like they're the versions of them from her dimension (which leads to some...uncomfortable implications later, when it comes to Alanna and the AU of Susanne's husband). In the second book, Shannon thinks there are similarities between 16-year-old Rhiannon and her own teenage self, but it's treated like *Shannon* grew up to be a reasonable adult because SHE wasn't spoiled. So basically, it's whatever PC wants.
