Just when you thought the story couldn't get worse... and it's only Chapter 2! :O
That pissed me off as well, that Nora immediately blames all the other girls who would dare stare in Patch's direction, yet wouldn't dare blame Patch (and it really seems like something he would do!)It's disgusting how she's becoming one of those obsessive girls who sees no wrong in her man but is ready to lash out at everyone else who dares to try steal him away from her or criticise him! >.< And that weirdo description about wanting to touch Patch and molecules or whatever was about the most unerotic scene I have ever read. I was just like 'the fuck?' :P
Wait, how far out does Marcie live in order to pick up Nora in the middle of bumfuck nowhere? :S
You know, I can totally see why Marcie insults Nora and Vee. she's had to put up with their bullshit for years, so if they're going to dish it out, why can't Marcie? It's totally OTT how much of a 'whore' she's being made out to be without actually having any evidence of her, you know, being a whore.
God, even when he's barely in this chapter, Patch manages to be a total and utter creepo! Standing outside of Marcie's house??? :O And Nora sees nothing wrong??? She really must be one of those girls who gives up every part of herself to worship her man. Fuck off! >.<
And I thought the same as you did: for people that just suffered massive trauma only a couple of months ago that involved the death of a student, everyone sure has gotten passed it quickly...
Man, Vee dating Rixon? That was certainly... left-field. Fitzpatrick must be desperate for plot. How the fuck did that unholy union happen?
Also, about Marcie working in the school office: those types of jobs are usually advertised on job sites by the prinicpal or whoever is in charge of that particular dept. (but most likely the prinicpal). As a substitute teacher, for example, the person I answer to and send my resume to is the Daily Organiser in charge of planning the school timetables. I'm constantly on these sites, and the school jobs site I always go to always lists these types of jobs as 'Education Support' that require a lot of experience with filing, whatever computer programs they use and so on.
