I can't wait for Erik to call Zoey out on all of her crap that she spews in Chosen, and again in Tempted. Sad thing is though, is that since Zoey is *** ~SO WONDERFUL AND AMAZING AND CAN DO NO WRONG~ ***, no one is going to take Erik's side on any of it since anyone who doesn't like Zoey is automatically a villain or a "poopyhead" (as Zoey would so eloquently put it). Sad really, since what Zoey needs most of the time is a good slap of reality upside her empty head.

As for the whole relationship angle between Zoey and Heath, I think what really ticks me off is that if this were written by the right person (or if the Cast ladies actually put more thought and effort into this), their whole relationship could be romantically tragic in a sense. Whenever someone tries to disuade Zoey from being with Heath, though, it's not because they've seen or heard that vampires become completely grief-stricken and heartbroken to the point of almost losing the will to live after their human imprint dies (sort of like in Highlander where Ramirez tells Connor that he must leave his mortal wife Heather because he's speaking from personal experience), but because "EW HE'S A STUPID, STINKY, INFERIOR HUMAN AND HE'S GOING TO GET OLD AND FAT AND WRINKLY AND DIE GROSS".

Though as contrite and infuriating as the whole Zoey x Erik or Zoey x Heath relationships are, just wait until you meet Stark... hoo boy.
