'You mean Patch is here? Right now?' What exactly can Patch do? Can he cause such things to happen? Why didn't the guy go to the hospital earlier? Speaking from experience, appendicitis is painful as all hells. You do not want to stay in that state longer than necessary. (Protip: wanting to tough it out and go to uni or work is not a good idea, especially if you live some distance away from there. 45 minutes of public transport aren't too nice...) (Then again, I might be straying into political territory here, as healthcare here in Germany is different and oh damn I mentioned the h-word...)
Also, totally shipping Pee now. They deserve each other.
