Zoey still does hog the powers. Each of them can control their one element, but she can control all five. -_- And apparently they can...give her a power boost or something. The Cast ladies never really write up a situation where Zoey doesn't have enough power to accomplish something, so saying that they give her more power doesn't really mean anything.
