Yes, it's got a pre-emptive place on my watchlist. The criterion the mods seem to use is that it's not removed just because one troper wants it off the page but only if there are verifiable positive reviews elsewhere on the internet, as happened today when someone tried to SBIH Duke Nukem Forever. So HE stays if it comes down to it.
