No - not seeing eye to eye is things like disagreeing on if Doctor Who is overrated or not, if the Three Stooges are funny or not, or if you should put ketchup on eggs or not.
The Mary Sues thing is a fact; a grossly obvious fact. Yes some people disagree on Mary sues, but those - things - they are obvious to anyone with half a brain...
The Pedophilia thing - I know there is controversy on what counts as pedophilia, but the fact that the author wants to pretend that it's all innocent makes it REALLY disturbing. Most things that use fictional underage girls at least acknowledge they are perverted; this is just - well this is basically suggesting everyone should act that way and the fact that they aren't is bad... [shivers]
And the straw argument thing is a type of argument that needs no opinions; the argument is either straw, badly delivered, or a legit argument. The ones in question are indeed straw...
These are facts; they are not opinions! There is nothing to see eye to eye on! No agree to disagree, because your argument is real well his is the equivalent of holding his hands to his ears and going la-la-la-la-la-la!
