Alrighty! I actually don't have a wide shipping range for those two, so I apologize about these answers being repetitive. ^^;

For Susan:

My NOTP for them - Any of her siblings
My OTF (One True Friendship) for them - Susan and Lucy
My OTP for them - Probably the closest I have is Susan/Caspian, at least if we're talking about the movie-verse. In the books, I really had none.
My second choice pairing for them - Fanon!Rabidash, which I'll explain below
My fluffy pairing for them - Susan/Caspian
My angsty pairing for them - Susan/Canon!Rabidash (only if she married him to protect her siblings)
My favorite poly ship for them - Don't have one, I'm afraid. ^^;
My weirdest pairing for them - Susan/Fanon!Rabidash. To explain, some time ago, I found a one-shot that explored what might have happened had Susan married Rabidash in "The Horse and His Boy", in order to protect the others. It didn't make Rabidash all innocent and cuddly, but it did depict their relationship in a very interesting way, as a sort of continuous battle of wits and wills between them. And the ending made it all VERY interesting! I specify that this is Fanon!Rabindash though, because I do know that Canon!Rabidash would never develop into the sort of person he does in the fic.

For Rei (manga):

My NOTP for them - Rei/Mamoru, not necessarily because it would never work, but because too many fics bashing Usagi to justify the pairing have pretty much left me unable to appreciate it, even if it's written well.
My OTF (One True Friendship) for them - Rei and Usagi
My OTP for them - Rei/Mina
My second choice pairing for them - Rei/Usagi
My fluffy pairing for them - Rei/Minako
My angsty pairing for them - Rei/Mr. Kaido (the guy from the "Casablanca Memories" side story)
My favorite poly ship for them - Minako/Rei/Usagi
My weirdest pairing for them - Eh, Minako/Rei is probably the weirdest, even though it's really not very. ^^; They sort of have the odd couple thing going at least though, which is played up in Minako's side story.

My OTF (One True Friendship) for them - Depending on how it's written, Phoenix/Maya or Phoenix/Edgeworth
My OTP for them - It depends on how it's written, but either Phoenix/Edgeworth or Phoenix/Iris
My second choice pairing for them - Phoenix/Maya, though mostly if we're talking about later in canon.
My fluffy pairing for them - Phoenix/Maya
My angsty pairing for them - Phoenix/Edgeworth or possibly Phoenix/Iris, if one plays up their history.
My favorite poly ship for them - Iris/Phoenix/Edgeworth. Or PIE, as I'm fairly sure the kink meme calls it.
My weirdest pairing for them - Phoenix/Espella (yes, I'm counting the crossover)

Apollo:

My NOTP for them - Apollo/Kristoph
My OTF (One True Friendship) for them - Apollo/Athena

My angsty pairing for them - Apollo/Clay is the closest I can think, but it'd be in a friendship/platonic way.
My favorite poly ship for them - Ema/Apollo/Klavier
My weirdest pairing for them - Apollo/Vera (mainly considered weird in terms of them having relatively little connection during her case)

My NOTP for them - Colonial!America or/England or any variation of that pairing that emphasizes America or Canada as England's brothers/sons
My OTF (One True Friendship) for them -
My OTP for them - I'm pretty flexible with my Hetalia shipping, but I am very fond of England/France
My second choice pairing for them - England/America, as long as it doesn't fall into the abovementioned situations. If it is a brother or father/son situation, I do like familial England/America or England/Canada.
My fluffy pairing for them - FACE (France, America, Canada, England) fics where France and England are America and Canada's parents. There's usually bickering, but they love each other.
My angsty pairing for them - England/Rome, for history!fics that involves Rome conquering England. In a nonromantic sense, England/any of his siblings who he doesn't get along with at all.

My weirdest pairing for them - There's probably England/Tony fics, though I don't care to find any. And while the pairing itself isn't weird, I did read a one-shot by BeatriceTheGolden that had Japan vivisecting England and doing it out of love or some bullshit.

Edward: (Note that I have very few serious ships for this dude, so I'm assuming you're alright with some goofy ones. :P)

My NOTP for them - Pretty much any female ever, including farm animals.
My OTF (One True Friendship) for them - Fanon!Alice. Fandom likes to have her as being kind of sensible in a quirky way, which Edward drastically needs
My OTP for them - A seatless bike
My second choice pairing for them - A garden rake
My fluffy pairing for them - Edward/Stamp Album (his ART!)
My angsty pairing for them - Edward/Piano
My favorite poly ship for them - Edward doesn't know what a poly ship is. He thinks it's some kind of image of a boat you get on a computer.
My weirdest pairing for them - Edward/Aro
