Really, TVtropes? I've never read the books, but I read another, well, I guess, "sporking" in German and the sporker had the whole "Neferet is kinda evil"-thing figured out by chapter 15 of Marked and by chapter 17 she had a pretty good "why Neferet is the villain"-list. With quotes from the book to support her arguments. And while, of course, there's no prove for that, the way she was guessing around made it rather obvious/likely she wasn't reading ahead in the book and she certainly hadn't touched Betrayed at that point. She was also already criticizing Zoey for not realizing that Neferet is evil back then. "Wham episode", yes? Seriously?
...the "She's too obvious"-thing makes sense, though. (Although, if the obviousness is the reason for it being a wham episode, that would be mentioned, wouldn't it?)

...anyway, anyone with half a braincell should have figured Neferet out by NOW, at least, but nooooo, not Zoey Bitchbird. But they're gonna drag this one out, too, aren't they? -__-
