The chapter title suggests to me that Holly is the evil mirror-universe version of Harry. She does seem to reverse all of his positive traits: he's humble, she's arrogant; he works to get things done, she lets her lackeys do everything for her; he's kind to his friends, she makes snide comments about hers...I could go on...
