"WHY DOES RAOUL WANT TO KILL DIEGO AND BREE?"

Honestly, the only reason I can think of is that he's a violent, senseless a-hole who does stuff for the evulz. Because apparently besides Diego and Bree, Riley had the good fortune to only pick kids who were mindlessly destructive or horrible toadies.
