There are actually some occasions where a woman goes into labor and ten minutes later she's got babies. When you hear of babies being born in supermarkets or ambulances, that's usually the case. Also, sometimes when a woman is in a high-stress situation or suffers an injury (car wreck, etc.), that can cause labor and the kid will pop out. Not very common at all, but can happen.
