Question: Would it be possible to report him for this? I know he's doing stuff off-site, but given how the mods know about all that's going on on HE, couldn't they at least warn the guy or something?
And if not, should he be called out over there or not? :/ I know the fucker would deny being the troll, but if we prove he has the same IP address, there's not much he can do.
